At Sahara, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase by following the guidelines below.
Return Guidelines
- There is an $8.00 return postage fee, which you can choose to have deducted from your refund or pay yourself when shipping the item back via USPS or another carrier.
- The item must be in like-new condition, meaning it is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- If the item was defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If you choose to have the $8.00 return postage deducted from your refund, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- If you prefer to cover return shipping costs yourself, you may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Sahara is not responsible for lost or missing returns.
Important Notes
- Final Sale & Discounted Items: Items marked as "final sale" or discontinued cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you return an item that was part of a discount or promotion, a pro-rated portion of the discount will be deducted unless all qualifying items are returned.
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it was damaged in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.
Return Restrictions
To ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers, we may restrict or refuse future purchases for individuals identified as having an excessive return pattern. Additionally, purchases made for corporate, wholesale, or resale purposes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
